The Role
As a DataEntry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leadssubmittedby the public. Using a range of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on each property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of complex data into a proprietary system (drafting UK import and export customs declarations)
- Access different UK port systems to link unique consignment & movement references
- Understandthe relationship between data elements
- Reading and responding to emails
- Occasional response to inbound calls
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Maintain and update standing data within the proprietary system
Your Background
- 3-5 years in a role understanding data elements and data
- Background inlogisticsor import/export is an advantage
- Experience inWordpressis desirable
- Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal English capability
- Comfortable answering or making voice calls
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
